Falling down and getting up again!
Falling down and getting up again!
Hi All, thank you for your support over the last few weeks as my page starts to get busier. Over and over again in grief we find ourselves trying to carry on but get tripped up along the way! We keep falling down feel as though we are taking more steps backwards instead of forwards. Does this sound all too familiar? We need to know that we will get up again, we need to keep trying, nothing must get in our way, nothing. I have to say I fell down more times than I can even remember, but I still had a tiny spark of courage and strength in me to keep going. Sometimes I felt like I was on autopilot! Its not how many times we fall down, but what makes us get up, what makes us carry on and that we keep moving towards the finishing line even though it may not be in sight. I hope you can find some inspiration and courage from this amazing video (give it a try). In beauty and have a peaceful weekend, Anne
It’s not how hard we fall down, it’s what makes us get up everytime we fall.

I know you’re somewhere out there…
Never give up …
Sometimes in grief we just want to give up! Sometimes the path is just too difficult, too tiresome to carry on. Just when you think the road is so tough, too tired to carry on, feel like everything is going against you, feel like you are going nowhere, maybe you are stuck in ‘no man’s land’ just wait, be patient, because it is in that very place the tide will turn. I waited and the tide turned. Blessings on your journey, Anne
When you get into a tight place
and everything goes against you,
till it seems you cannot hold on a minute longer,
never give up then, for that is just
the place and time the tide will turn.

Thinking of you today!
Thought of you today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday, and days before that too. I think of you in silence, I often speak your name. All I have are memories and a picture in a frame. Your memory is a keepsake, from which I’ll never part. God has you in his arms. I have you in my heart. Always….
Don’t be afraid of the light
Hi All,
In depression we get so used to the dark place that it becomes so familiar. Try and look for the spark, know that there is a spark and go find the light.
Have a peaceful weekend, Anne
‘Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us’.
